Learn about diabetes risk factors and complications, as well as how to manage diabetes through better nutrition and physical activity by participating in the Diabetes Education Empowerment Program (DEEP). The first of six sessions begins Tuesday, August 5 at 5:30 p.m. and the remaining five classes will take place at the same time on the following Tuesdays: Aug. 12, Aug. 19, Aug. 26, Sept. 2, and Sept. 9.
